Description:
DaBella is seeking a detail-oriented Finance Processor to join their team in Hillsboro, OR. The Finance Processor is responsible for organizing and processing financial data from sales representatives, ensuring accurate documentation, and supporting both administrative and client-related tasks. This role requires precision, problem-solving skills, and collaboration to maintain data integrity and compliance with privacy and security standards.
Responsibilities:
- Communicate directly with general managers, financial lenders, and assigned sales representatives.
- Process a high volume of new client business transactions daily, calculating and analyzing job costs to ensure lender approvals align with financial guidelines.
- Reconcile discrepancies or errors identified during project completion and funding reviews.
- Perform data entry and maintain financial spreadsheets accurately.
- Prepare reports and documentation for the Finance Manager.
- Respond to internal team and external client inquiries regarding financing status.
