Description:
Protos Security, in partnership with Associated Storage Solutions, is seeking enthusiastic Operations Support Associates to assist with event operations. This role involves helping patrons securely store their belongings at concerts, sporting events, and other special occasions using portable storage units, located just outside popular venues in the metropolitan Nashville area. These part-time positions are flexible, with hours varying based on scheduled events, including evenings and weekends. Staff can self-schedule shifts using a convenient app, and are paid efficiently via direct deposit.

Responsibilities:

• Assist event attendees with the safe and efficient storage of personal items.
• Arrive at least one hour prior to events and remain one hour after events or until released by the Event Supervisor.
• Provide excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment, requiring tact, good communication skills, and attention to detail.
• Support set-up and breakdown of portable storage units as needed.
• Maintain professionalism while handling high volumes of patrons during peak periods.

Requirements:

• Minimum age of 18 years.
• Must provide own transportation.
• Ability to sit, stand, lift, and walk for extended periods as required by event duration.
• Authorized to work in the U.S.

Schedule & Benefits:
