Trinity Health FirstChoice is seeking experienced and motivated Travel Registered Nurses (RN) – Emergency Department to support healthcare facilities through short-term and long-term assignments. Position Purpose:
FirstChoice RNs play a critical role in supporting healthcare facilities during staffing shortages or extended leaves. Nurses are expected to demonstrate professional practice standards while delivering high-quality, patient-centered care in dynamic and fast-paced environments.

Key Responsibilities:

• Float as needed across hospital units, multiple facilities, or regions
• Apply professional nursing practice standards including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation
• Practice independently within RN licensure, scope, and experience
• Maintain accountability for clinical decisions, delegation, and outcomes
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support quality improvement initiatives
• Adapt quickly to new responsibilities, environments, and cultural differences
• Manage competing priorities while maintaining patient safety and care quality

Minimum Qualifications:

• Graduation from an accredited school of nursing
• Active RN license authorized in applicable state(s) of practice
• Minimum of two (2) years of recent clinical experience in Emergency Department or other qualifying specialties
• Required specialty credentials such as ACLS, TNCC, etc., as applicable
• BLS, ACLS, and PALS certifications obtained through the American Heart Association
