WIS International is seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Retail Inventory Associate – Mornings to join their team in Camden, NJ. Key Responsibilities:
- Count and record inventory with precision; accuracy is essential.
- Follow a clear, consistent workflow to ensure productivity and quality.
- Move between inventory locations, often standing or walking for extended periods.
- Meet daily performance goals and aim for productivity-based wage increases.

Team Requirements:
- Must be at least 18 years of age.
- Experience in retail, stock, customer service, cashiering, sales, driving, or warehouse work is a plus.
- No prior inventory experience required; training will be provided for disciplined candidates.
- Ability to stand, walk, and remain active throughout the shift.
- Comfortable using handheld scanners or inventory count tools.
- Strong attention to detail, reliable attendance, and a positive, team-oriented attitude.
- Candidates with military experience or returning to the workforce are encouraged to apply.
- Access to reliable transportation.
Working Conditions:
- Ability to stand for prolonged periods and perform occasional walking.
- Frequent use of hands and wrists for repetitive motions.
- Ability to work in low positions such as squatting, kneeling, or crouching.
- Occasional use of ladders and lifting/carrying items up to 25 lbs.
- Ability to travel occasionally via car or plane, including overnight stays.
