Description:
RightClick is looking for a highly skilled Senior Applications Analyst to join their growing team in Westchester County, NY. This role provides the opportunity to work closely with both clinical and business stakeholders while ensuring critical systems run smoothly to support daily operations. This is an onsite position.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a subject matter expert within a team of six, offering daily support, troubleshooting, and technical guidance to system users.
• Act as a bridge between clinical and business stakeholders, IT leadership, and software vendors to ensure clear communication and prompt resolution of system issues.
• Participate in application upgrades, integrations, and testing initiatives to improve system functionality and reliability.
• Analyze workflows, identify opportunities to optimize systems, and recommend best practices for application use.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Minimum of 4 years’ experience in healthcare IT supporting multiple healthcare applications (non-EPIC).
• Strong understanding of healthcare operations and application support best practices.
• Hands-on experience with systems like UKG (Kronos), Workday Financials, and other healthcare-specific platforms.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across clinical and business teams.
