Description:
Uline is expanding its operations in Connecticut and is looking for a dedicated Recruiter to join the team at its newly established Plainfield facility. This role plays a key part in building a strong workforce by connecting talented candidates with roles across a large-scale warehouse operation spanning over 1.3 million square feet. New hires in this position are eligible for a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

As a Recruiter, you will be responsible for managing the entire recruitment lifecycle and partnering closely with hiring leaders to support staffing needs at multiple levels.

Position Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for a wide range of warehouse roles, from entry-level positions to skilled and technical professionals
• Source and attract qualified active and passive candidates using job boards, sourcing platforms, social media channels, and professional networks
• Work closely with hiring managers to understand staffing requirements, job responsibilities, and required skills, then develop effective recruitment strategies
• Conduct interviews and assess candidates to ensure alignment with role expectations and company standards
• Establish and maintain strong relationships with recruiting agencies, universities, and external talent partners

Minimum Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline
• At least three years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition
• Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems and proficiency in Microsoft Office tools
• Ability to travel for recruiting events and attend initial training at Uline’s North American locations
