This role focuses on supporting clients through the unemployment insurance (UI) claims process, helping businesses navigate complex procedures while ensuring accuracy and regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Audit and update claim response templates for accuracy and clarity
  • Communicate with clients to collect required documentation
  • Draft and submit responses to new claims
  • Track claim outcomes and analyze trends
  • Report claim volumes and results to leadership
  • Identify opportunities to improve claim handling processes
  • Advise clients on appeal options and file appeals as needed
  • Schedule and manage hearing processes, reviewing outcomes to identify patterns
  • Recommend improvements for appeal strategies
  • Conduct client check-ins and coaching sessions
  • Share best practices and process improvement suggestions internally
  • Evaluate client satisfaction and engagement
  • Ensure all submissions comply with regulatory standards
  • Stay updated on state agency requirements and changes
