We are currently seeking an experienced IT Support Analyst III to provide advanced technology support for our business operations and end users. This role involves offering Level 3 support, monitoring network issues, enhancing IT security measures, and maintaining system reliability. The analyst will also contribute to the development of SOPs, quick reference guides, and other technical documentation.
This is an on-site role based in Westlake Village, CA, requiring a five-day office presence each week along with participation in the after-hours on-call rotation. Flexibility in scheduling may be required to support evolving business needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze IT data trends, identify issues, and implement solutions to prevent future incidents.
- Research and report on emerging technologies, protocols, and standards.
- Provide L3 technical support for business and user issues.
- Monitor IT and cybersecurity alerts, including phishing attempts and quarantines.
- Perform hands-on troubleshooting, software upgrades, backups, and malware remediation.
- Test and validate solutions to ensure complete problem resolution.
- Track and analyze IT Security operational data across multiple systems.
- Develop and distribute technical documentation, FAQs, and user guides.
- Provide support across U.S. time zones and international teams.
- Deliver after-hours and escalation support as needed.
Qualifications & Skills:
- 3–5+ years of IT support experience with strong problem-solving skills.
- Solid understanding of IT Security fundamentals and operational tools (O365, Cisco AMP, EDR).
- Knowledge of corporate applications (SAP, TPM, I2) and identity management platforms (Active Directory, SailPoint, OKTA).
- Familiarity with ITIL framework and global team support.
- Experience in system imaging and SharePoint site design.
- Strong communication, customer service, and technical writing skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and ServiceNow; VBA knowledge is a plus.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects, and adapt to fast-paced environments.
Additional Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree preferred, but equivalent experience accepted.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to service quality.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs., stand, climb, crouch, and use office equipment regularly.
- Occasional travel may be required.
