Playkit is seeking a creative and trend-savvy Social Media Strategist to drive TikTok campaigns for some of the fastest-growing brands and apps, including Substack, Flo Health, and Dupe.com. As a Playkit Strategist, you will develop TikTok-native strategies, test content yourself, and manage a team of 10–20 creators to bring campaigns to life. This role is remote-based in the U.S. and offers a hands-on, dynamic experience in social media marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Create authentic TikTok concepts and hooks tailored to client campaigns
  • Post and test your own TikTok content to learn and apply insights to campaigns
  • Manage and collaborate with a team of 10–20 creators, reviewing content, providing feedback, and ensuring posting consistency
  • Identify emerging TikTok trends and formats, adapting them for brands in an organic way
  • Analyze campaign performance daily and weekly, adjusting strategies to maximize results
  • Coach creators to improve content quality and maintain brand standards

Who You Are

  • Deeply familiar with TikTok culture, trends, and formats
  • Strong communicator with the ability to write authentic, Gen Z-friendly copy
  • Comfortable creating and analyzing TikTok content in real-time
  • Highly organized and detail-oriented, capable of managing multiple campaigns and creators simultaneously
  • Collaborative, flexible, and thrives in a fast-paced startup-style environment
  • (Bonus) Experience in social media strategy, UGC creation, or creator management
